Jim Coleman

Jim Coleman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jim is currently serving as the Director of Accounting and Finance at Rhinegeist Brewery since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Production Manager at Rhinegeist Brewery from February 2017 to November 2022. Before joining Rhinegeist Brewery, they worked at Crane Co. as the Global Business Line Manager of Ball Valves from April 2016 to February 2017. At Henkel, they held the position of Business Development Manager from June 2014 to April 2016. Jim also worked at Celanese engineered materials, where they held various positions such as LCP/PCT Americas Business Manager from December 2012 to May 2014, Americas Demand Planner from March 2012 to December 2012, and Marketing Manager - Sporting Goods from June 2010 to March 2012. Prior to joining Celanese, Jim worked at Ticona as a Design Engineer Co-op from January 2005 to September 2008. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in areas such as finance, production management, global business leadership, business development, marketing, and engineering.

Jim Coleman completed their education at Xavier University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Masters degree in MBA with a specialization in Finance. Prior to that, they attended Kettering University from 2004 to 2008, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in August 2019.
