Michael Danahy

Michael Danahy has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and communications. Michael is currently working as a Sales Manager at Rhinegeist Brewery. Prior to that, they held the positions of Key Account Manager and Senior Marketing Manager at Red Hare Brewing & Distilling. Michael also has experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Live! at the Battery Atlanta. Additionally, Michael has worked as a Contractor at Marbury Creative Group and held multiple roles at Greystar, including Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications and Communications Coordinator. Michael has also worked as a Brand Representative at Old 502 Winery. Michael began their career as an intern at the University of Kentucky PR and Marketing Department, where they contributed to the development of a strategic social media campaign.

Michael Danahy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Integrated Strategic Communication with a minor in Business from the University of Kentucky in 2015. From 2011 to 2015, they studied at the University of Kentucky. In 2018, Michael completed a Master's degree in Retailing and Tourism Management at the same institution. Additionally, in March 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone® Certification Program.
