Norm Taffe

Norm Taffe is an experienced executive currently serving as President of Generac Power Systems since August 2022 and an Advisory Board Member at Rhino Eco since October 2022. Previously, Taffe contributed to DSP Group as a Board Director from June 2013 to December 2021, during which the company was sold to Synaptics for $550 million. Taffe also held multiple senior leadership positions at SunPower Corporation from June 2013 to October 2021, including Executive Vice President for North America Residential, where Taffe managed the full P&L responsibility for the residential solar business, and as Executive Vice President for Products, overseeing R&D and product development. Additionally, Taffe served on the Board of Directors for IDT from October 2012 to October 2019, during which the company was sold to Renesas for $7 billion. Academic credentials include an Exec. MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
