Ross Guthrie

Ross Guthrie has a diverse range of work experience in the field of CRM and business solutions. Ross has worked as a Business Applications Director at rhipe, specializing in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Prior to that, they served as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist at both rhipe and Dynamic Business IT Solutions. Ross has also been involved in leadership roles, such as being the Gold Coast Power Platform and Dynamics 365 User Group Leader at Power Apps User Group. In addition, they have held positions as a Sales Specialist at Fusion5, Managing Director and Senior CRM Consultant at Dynamics Group, and Director and Senior CRM Consultant at CRMCORP Australasia. Ross Guthrie's education history begins in 1989 when they enrolled at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Banking and Finance. Ross completed their studies in 1991. After that, from 1992 to 1994, Ross attended the CPA Australia Program to become a Certified Practicing Accountant.

In addition to their formal education, Ross has obtained various certifications. In September 2015, they received the ClickDimensions Marketing Automation Certification from ClickDimensions. In May 2019, they earned the Microsoft Global Challenger certification from Microsoft. Furthermore, in June 2020, Ross obtained two certifications from Microsoft: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-901) and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals. Lastly, in July 2020, they completed the course "Why Trust Matters with Rachel Botsman" offered by LinkedIn.
