Dallas McMillan has over 20 years of professional experience in the veterinary, digital marketing, and business development industries. From 2001 to 2022, they have held various roles at different companies. From 2001 to 2017, they were a Veterinarian and Managing Partner at Cairns Vet Clinic, where they directed business strategic direction, practice management, veterinary patient care, and client customer service. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Founder and CMO of Influential, a strategic consultancy and Digital Agency. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Founder of Digital Influence, a community and online coaching program, and the Founder and Speaker of Small Company Big Business. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Veterinary Director at Greencross Vets, the Managing Director of Goldflower, the CEO and Founder of Rhizo Sciences, and the International Sales and Business Development of Medi Kingdom Holdings. Additionally, from 2014 to 2017, they were a Board Member of the Cairns Business Women's Club.
Dallas McMillan has a comprehensive education history. Dallas received a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc.) from the University of Sydney between 1993 and 2000, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Veterinary) from the same university between 1997 and 1998. In 2010-2012, they obtained a Diploma of Veterinary Practice Management from the University of New England. Dallas also completed a Governance Foundations for Not-for-Profit Directors course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2014. Finally, they took a Brand Accelerator course from Key Person of Influence in 2013-2014, which focused on branding and business development.
