Julie Downey

Julie Downey is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in regional commercial and specialty leasing roles. Currently serving as the Regional Commercial Property Manager at RHM Real Estate Group since March 2023, Julie previously held the position of Director of Property Management at The Coral Company, overseeing significant annual budgets and capital expenditures for multiple Homeowners' Associations. Julie has a proven track record in business development and leasing, demonstrated during tenure at Starwood Retail Partners and The Inland Real Estate Group, where numerous leasing agreements were negotiated across various properties. Julie's early career includes managing specialty leasing programs at Westfield and regional residential management at Niederst Management, focusing on team training and adherence to Fair Housing laws. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wright State University and has completed real estate coursework at Inland Real Estate School.
