Levi Holbert, CAM®, currently serves as Regional Property Manager at RHM Real Estate Group, responsible for overseeing daily operations and financial performance of properties. With a strong track record in asset performance management, Levi increased distressed asset occupancy within 90 days and successfully restructured operations at a previous role. As a former Regional Property Manager at ARBA Living, Levi managed property operations across multiple states, developed standard operating procedures, and implemented preventative maintenance programs.
