Ivan Bačik

Ivan Bačik has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ivan began their career in 2013 at NIS Gazprom Neft, where they served as a Reporting and Analytics Officer and later as a Personal Assistant to the CEO and Energy Block Director. In 2017, Ivan joined ManpowerGroup as a Recruitment Consultant, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for middle to senior-level positions across various industries. Ivan also served as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and HR Administrator, providing support in daily operations and overseeing HR administration processes. In 2019, they joined Adecco as an IT & Engineering Recruitment Consultant, leading recruitment processes focused on middle to senior-level positions in the IT, automotive, and production sectors. From 2020 to 2021, Ivan worked at symphony.is as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Specialist, facilitating internal collaboration, sourcing potential candidates, and expanding the talent network. Currently, they are with Rho as a People Ops Generalist in Europe, responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Ivan has also taken on leadership roles, acting as a Talent Acquisition Manager in Europe for Rho and a Talent Acquisition Lead in Serbia for symphony.is. Throughout their experience, Ivan has been dedicated to enhancing internal recruitment processes, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and attracting top talent.

Ivan Bačik obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Belgrade. Their education at the university lasted from 2007 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Ivan Bačik also has several certifications. Ivan obtained the Cambridge English Level 1 Certificate in ESOL International (First) from the University of Cambridge in May 2015. Ivan later obtained the Tech Recruitment Certified Professional certification from DevSkiller in May 2020. Ivan Bačik's most recent certification is the Active Placement certification, which they obtained from Lee Hecht Harrison in January 2020.
