Ivan Ivic has a strong background in software engineering and DevOps. Ivan started their career as a Freelancer, where they developed client-server and Android applications for fitness clubs. In 2012, they joined Infobip as a Software Developer and worked on billing transaction systems, API integration with mobile payments providers, and the design and implementation of APIs for merchants. Ivan also served as a Scrum Master and led a development team for mobile payments. In 2014, Ivan became a Software Engineer and Team Leader at Infobip, where they led and architected new mobile payments products and created monitoring and alerting services. Ivan worked on ongoing maintenance tasks, system administration, and SSL certificates management. Ivan then transitioned to Centili in 2015, taking on the role of a Senior Software Engineer. Ivan contributed to a bottom-up agile transformation and played a key role in the architecture and development of the organization's connectivity layer. Ivan also worked on Android library development and integration with Google Play Billing API for telcos. Ivan joined Basiq in 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer and later became a Team Lead. Ivan led a team of four members and worked on the full AWS stack, including services like EC2, Beanstalk, Lambdas, and DynamoDB. At Centili, Ivan worked as a Senior Software/Infrastructure Engineer and undertook the migration to a cloud-native platform with Docker and Kubernetes. Ivan implemented declarative deployment, GitOps, and observability using various third-party services. In 2020, Ivan joined Doodle as a Senior DevOps Engineer and worked on developing and maintaining DevOps systems. Ivan then moved to Rho in 2022, where they first served as a Senior DevOps Engineer and then as a DevOps Tech Lead.
Ivan Ivic attended the Faculty of Organizational Sciences from 2004 to 2011, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Additionally, Ivan has obtained several certifications related to agile project management. In February 2014, they became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. In November 2016, they obtained two additional certifications: Agile Planning & Estimation and Agile Requirements, also from the Scrum Alliance.
