Katarina Ivankovic

Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rho

Katarina Ivankovic has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Katarina started their career as an intern at the Ministry of Justice Serbia, where they actively participated in group counseling with juvenile delinquents and handled internal database management. Katarina then interned at the Philanthropy, the Charitable Foundation of the Serbian Orthodox Church, where they took part in group counseling sessions to provide post-penal assistance and evaluated the needs of former convicts.

Moving on, Katarina worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Delta Auto, where they liaised with managers to identify staffing needs and designed job descriptions and ads. Katarina also screened incoming CVs. Katarina continued their professional journey as a Young Leader at Delta Holding, where they were a member of the Young Leaders Social media team and played a role in planning, creating, and publishing content to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action. Katarina was also a part of the Delta Business Incubator Organizational and Incubation team.

Currently, Katarina is working at Rho as a Talent Sourcer, where they are responsible for sourcing candidates through various methods, reviewing resumes, and evaluating candidates' suitability for specific roles. Katarina was also involved in building Rho's European headquarters and office in Poland from scratch.

Katarina Ivankovic completed their education in a chronological manner. Katarina earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Prevention and Treatment of Behavioral Disorders from the Faculty for Special Education and Rehabilitation at the University of Belgrade, studying from 2016 to 2020. In 2012, they received their High School Diploma from Paraćin Grammar School.

In addition to their formal education, Katarina has obtained several certifications. Katarina became a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in November 2021. Katarina also completed the Competency Based Interviewing - CBI program offered by Saville Assessment in May 2022. Furthermore, Katarina holds certifications such as the Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) from the University of Cambridge, and they are a Certified Peer Educator from CEPORA - Centar za pozitivan razvoj dece i omladine. Katarina has also participated in the Coca-Cola Youth Empowered program by Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and completed the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course offered by Google Digital Garage. Lastly, Katarina attended the Gender based violence and sexual harassment seminar conducted by the Autonomous Women's Center in Belgrade.
