Carmine Iuliano possesses extensive experience in environmental health and safety management across various industries. Currently serving as the EHS Manager for Rhoads Industries since July 2022, Carmine has developed and implemented safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while conducting training for employees. Previous roles include Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows and Northeast Building Products, as well as National EHS Manager at Puratos, overseeing safety and health issues nationwide. Carmine's earlier positions include Northeast Regional Safety Engineer at Morgan Corporation and Safety Manager at Rhoads Industries, where a comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and practices was fundamental. An initial career in structural steel fabrication and metal fitting provided a strong foundation for current EHS capabilities, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Fire Science from the Community College of Philadelphia.
