Since January 2018, Eric has been with Rhoads Industries, previously holding positions at George Young Mammoet and C & H Industrial Services, where responsibilities included on-site installations, customer and labor relations, and job tracking. Prior experience includes managing field projects as Delaware Office Field Manager at Wood Group and progressing through various roles at Wood Group Field Services and Industrial Millwrights. Eric's educational background includes studies at Drexel University and Temple University, along with training at the Carpenter's Training Facility.
