Donnie Spanos

Donnie Spanos, MBA, is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing manufacturing operations at Rhodan Marine Systems since July 2020. Responsibilities include human resources, engineering, production, maintenance, logistics, procurement, and sales/service. Prior to this role, Donnie served as Plant Manager at Lhoist from July 2005 to July 2020, managing P&L for mining and milling operations and ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Donnie's career also includes positions as Mine Manager and Operations Support Engineer at Lhoist, as well as Mine Superintendent and Maintenance Reliability Engineer at The Mosaic Company. Earlier experience includes six years as a Coxswain in the U.S. Army Reserves. Donnie holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
