Victoria Tolbert

Victoria Tolbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both military and educational leadership roles. Currently serving as the Executive Officer, Logistics Officer, and Human Resources Officer for the Rhode Island Army National Guard since June 2020, Victoria previously held the position of Aide de Camp within the same organization from August 2015 to February 2019. In the educational sector, Victoria worked as the Dean of Student Affairs at Paul Cuffee Charter School from April 2007 to May 2015 and as a teacher at The Gordon School from August 2001 to January 2007. Victoria's academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Counseling from Liberty University, a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Bridgewater State University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from UMass Boston, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame.
