Angelia Duran

Angelia Duran MSW serves as the Assistant Director of the Office of Partnerships and Placement at Rhode Island College, focusing on the implementation of policies related to partnerships and placements within the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development. Prior to this role, Angelia was the Director of Enrollment and Guidance at Sophia Academy, where integral programs were managed to enhance school success. Angelia also held the position of Director of Development and External Affairs at Providence College, co-teaching a social work course with an emphasis on macro social work. Earlier experience includes roles as a Diversity & Inclusion Intern at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and Office Manager at Montessori Community School of Rhode Island. Angelia holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College.
