RICJ, a community nonprofit, fights bias, bigotry and racism while building acceptance across race, cultures and religions.  Our work includes youth empowerment programs, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) education and a collaborative partnership that promotes restorative justice and community diversion to end the school-to-prison pipeline for youth.
