Michael Aisenberg is a seasoned marketing and operations professional currently serving as Marketing Manager and Operations Analyst at Rhode Island Novelty since July 2014. Responsibilities include implementing and refining marketing strategies, managing Amazon operations, auditing sales transactions, and optimizing e-commerce activities to increase revenue. Michael has expertise in inventory management, pricing strategies, and industry trend analysis, and has successfully led initiatives to recruit and train interns. Previous experience includes an internship focused on market research at Rhode Island Novelty and training under a District Manager at ALDI, where financial and inventory audits were conducted.
