Sylvia Pacheco is a seasoned toy designer currently working at Rhode Island Novelty since April 2018, where responsibilities include designing toys and packaging while leading trend research. In addition to this role, Sylvia is the owner of Noodlecat Studio, a clothing business founded in January 2021, focused on unique clothing designs. Previous experience includes positions as a graphic designer/illustrator at Canal Toys, a performing artist at Kaleidoscope Art & Entertainment, and a freelance caricature artist. Additional roles have involved graphic design and marketing management at American Blanket Company, art instruction at Michaels Craft Store, and customer service positions at Santander Bank and Stop & Shop. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
