Sarah Glowa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in communications, education, and marketing. Currently serving as the Communications & Community Engagement Manager at RIPIN, Sarah previously worked as a Pathways Teacher at The Greene School, where a curriculum designed for credit recovery yielded a 100% success rate for students rejoining their cohorts. Sarah's marketing expertise includes a tenure at Hasbro, where significant revenue growth for Hasbro Pulse was achieved through strategic item selection and collaboration on exclusive merchandise. Prior roles at Schneider Electric involved overseeing communications operations and process improvements, while earlier experience includes marketing and public relations management in the consumer electronics sector. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Rhode Island and is pursuing a Master's in Urban Teaching at Providence College.

RIPIN has certified 67 employees as Community Health Worker(CHW), representing over 75% of certified CHWs in the state. With national recognition for its model, RIPIN’s peer CHWs are part of patient-centered medical home settings, physicians’ offices as well as primary and secondary educational settings across the state.
