Elisa Iacono Mears is a seasoned events and fashion management professional with extensive experience in the industry since 1991. Currently serving as the Senior Events Manager at WSBE Rhode Island PBS since January 2016, Elisa previously held roles such as Events Manager and Gallery Coordinator at Candita Clayton Gallery. With a robust background in operations as the Operations & Managing Director for StyleWeek, LLC, responsibilities included planning regional fashion weeks, managing budgets, and fostering sponsor relationships. Earlier positions involved significant roles at Michael Hayes Clothing, Filene's, and Hecht's Department Stores, demonstrating expertise in retail management, advertising coordination, and fashion event production. Elisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design from Marymount University.
