Craig McNutt is an accomplished percussion instructor and performer with extensive experience in the field of music. Since January 2006, Craig has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Wellesley College, specializing in Classical Percussion. Craig has been a percussionist for the Boston Modern Orchestra Project since January 1996, showcasing versatility in playing various instruments. Additional teaching roles include positions at New England Conservatory of Music and University of Rhode Island, focusing on percussion instruction. Craig has also performed as Principal Timpanist for the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra and Music School and participated in contemporary music performances with ALEA III from 1992 to 2013. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Musical Arts (ABD) from New England Conservatory of Music, a Master of Music from Yale University, and a Bachelor of Music from University of Hartford.
