Bernadette Parrillo

Bernadette Parrillo, CPHQ, is a seasoned quality improvement professional with extensive experience in healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Quality Improvement Specialist at Rhode Island Primary Care Physicians Corporation since May 2015, Bernadette has successfully implemented innovative quality initiatives and facilitated Patient-Centered Medical Home transformation processes. Prior roles include Accreditation and Regulatory Readiness Specialist at Lifespan Corporation, where regulatory compliance audits were conducted, and Quality Outcome Coordinator at Rhode Island Hospital, where process improvements were achieved using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
