Nathan Watchous

Nathan Watchous has been working in the finance and budgeting field since 2007. Nathan began their career as a Program Manager and Program Coordinator at Envision EMI in 2007. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as an English Second Language Teacher with the Peace Corps. In 2013, they joined the New York City Mayor's Office of Management and Budget as a Budget Analyst, Senior Budget Analyst, and Supervising Budget Analyst. Nathan currently works as a Financial Analyst at the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority since 2016.

Nathan Watchous obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013, with a focus in Public Finance. Prior to that, they completed a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Central Michigan University in 2002.
