Sarah Ingle

Long Range Planning Manager at Rhode Island Public Transit Authority

Sarah Ingle has a long history of experience in urban planning and transportation. Sarah began their career in 1998 as a Senior Planner for the City of Miami. In 2004, they moved to Miami-Dade County where they held the roles of Assistant Director of Incorporation & Annexation and Senior Analyst. In 2007, they joined the Hamilton County (TN) Development Department as a Grants Planner. In 2009, they moved to the Miami Downtown Development Authority as an Urban Planning & Transportation Manager. Finally, they joined the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority in 2014 as a Long Range Planning Manager and Principal Planner.

Sarah Ingle attended Boston University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and Affairs. Sarah then attended Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Historic Preservation and Conservation.
