Dallas Pride

Dallas Pride currently serves as the Executive Director of Alumni + Family Relations at the Rhode Island School of Design, overseeing programs that enhance alumni engagement and family involvement. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Thrive Scholars as Managing Director of Career Development, where Dallas developed innovative career pathways, and at Summer Search as Director of Post-Secondary Program and Alumni Relations, managing programming for college students and alumni. Additional roles include Career Program Manager at The Posse Foundation, Program Manager at Boston University School of Public Health, and community relations positions with the Connecticut Sun and Seattle Storm. Dallas’s career began with the NCAA as Assistant Director for Education Outreach and the Boston Celtics as Community Relations Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Journalism from The University of Georgia.
