Dr. Max Levi Frieder

Dr. Max Levi Frieder, Ed.D, is a co-founder and executive director at Artolution, a position held since January 2011, where Dr. Frieder has played a pivotal role in the organization. Dr. Frieder has also served as a community-based public artist at the Rhode Island School of Design since January 2008. Previous experience includes the role of creative director at Long Lake Camp for the Arts from June 2010 to August 2011, leading a team of 26 artists to create over 25 murals with children from diverse backgrounds. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Community-Based Public Arts from Teachers College, Columbia University, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Painting and Community-Based Public Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design, completed from 2008 to 2012.
