Katrina Ellis

Katrina Ellis has been serving as the Alumni + Family Relations Officer at the Rhode Island School of Design since September 2014, managing the regional alumni club program, coordinating events, and building relationships with volunteers and donors. Previously, Katrina held the positions of Assistant Director of Alumni Communities and Alumni Relations Coordinator at RISD, overseeing various alumni engagement initiatives and event logistics. With a diverse background in the arts, Katrina operates as an artist and maintains a studio practice focused on painting and installation. Prior professional experiences include Director of Communications & Operations at Hudson Valley MOCA and Gallery Manager at Flomenhaft Gallery, where Katrina managed operations, programming, and artist relations. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Pratt Institute, completed in 2003.
