Richard Song, PhD has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and advocacy roles related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in educational institutions. Richard has held positions such as Director of Intercultural Student Engagement at Rhode Island School of Design, where they facilitated learning opportunities and implemented programs for underrepresented student populations.
