Associate Director, Digital Content Production And Operations at Rhode Island School of Design

Robert Albanese has a diverse work experience. Robert started their career at Pearson as a Project Coordinator in August 2014 and worked there until July 2015. In October 2015, they joined Rhode Island School of Design as a Senior Writer/Editor and transitioned to the role of Senior Digital Content Editor/Writer in August 2020. Finally, in June 2023, they became the Associate Director of Digital Content Production and Operations at Rhode Island School of Design. Additionally, from January 2017 to May 2018, they worked as an Adjunct Professor of Film Studies at Rhode Island College.

Robert Albanese earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Film Studies from Rhode Island College between 1996 and 2000. Robert then pursued their Master of Arts (MA) in Popular Culture Studies at Bowling Green State University from 2002 to 2004. Robert completed their education by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in American Studies from the University of Iowa from 2008 to 2014.
