Director Of Software Engineering At Tricore's Rhodesgroup at Rhodes Group

Kim Stueber has extensive work experience in various industries and roles.

Kim started their career at PROS as a Project Manager, where they managed system development projects for clients in the energy and airline industries.

After that, they worked at Equiva Trading Co as a Systems Design Lead, where they served as a primary user liaison for operational accounting requirements gathering and report development.

Kim then joined MCI WorldCom as a Manager of Requirements and Processes, where they managed a team of Business Analysts and implemented new documentation standards.

Next, they worked at Marathon Ashland Petroleum as a Senior Business Analyst, facilitating process discovery and requirements gathering for a new system supporting feedstock acquisition and trading accounting.

Following that, they joined McLeod USA Telecommunications Services as a Senior Manager of Business and Process Analysis, where they formed and managed a department to improve business processes and serve as a liaison between engineering and IT.

At Ultramain Systems, Inc., they held various roles, including Director of Customer Support & Development, Director of Development Services, and Director of Product Services and Quality Assurance. In these roles, they led teams, managed projects, and achieved ISO certifications.

Kim then worked at Presbyterian Healthcare Services as the Director of IT Health Plan Applications, where they owned the business relationship and directed a team to support all ERP applications for the health plan. Kim also served as the Sr Manager of IT – Epic Technical and Clinical Ancillary Applications, where they directed a team to support critical clinical applications and managed vendor relationships. Additionally, they held the role of IT Process Manager - ITIL Incident Manager, ensuring the correct execution of ITIL Incident Management Processes.

Kim later joined Faith Comes By Hearing as the Manager of Technology Development, overseeing the recording and distribution of audio Bible recordings in multiple languages.

Before their current position, they worked at TriCore Reference Laboratories as a Project Manager, overseeing laboratory management and research support initiatives.

Currently, they are the Director of Software Engineering at TriCore's Rhodes Group, utilizing software solutions and data integration to provide laboratory solutions in population health management.

Kim Stueber obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from UNM Anderson School of Management from 1982 to 1987. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1985, Stueber attended the University of New Mexico School of Engineering and earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering. Stueber completed high school at Eldorado High School from 1978 to 1982 in the College/University Preparatory track. In addition to their formal education, Stueber obtained certifications such as the ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management from Pink Elephant in October 2014 and the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Agile Logic in February 2006.
