Monique Dodd

Monique Dodd has over a decade of experience in clinical solutions and pharmacy. Currently serving as Manager of Enterprise Clinical Solutions at Rhodes Group since January 2020, Dodd previously held a similar role at TriCore Reference Laboratories while also contributing as a Clinical Solutions Specialist there. Dodd's work focuses on developing population health interventions to enhance diagnostic utilization and improve patient outcomes for complex health conditions. As a Pharmacy Fellow, Dodd designed algorithms for Diagnostic Optimization, and completed a PGY-1 Residency at UNM College of Pharmacy, emphasizing pharmacotherapy in various clinical settings. Dodd began a career in research with roles as a Research Assistant and Research Technologist, investigating antibiotic selection and evaluating assays for FDA approval. Dodd earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from UNM College of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science from The University of New Mexico.
