Raj Kumar Sharma is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 30 years of diverse experience in process development, technology transfer, and project management across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Pharm Tech Scientist-Principal at Rhodes Pharmaceuticals since May 2016, Raj Kumar is responsible for qualifying and managing commercialized products at CMO sites. Previous roles include Pharm Tech Specialist-Principal at Actavis Inc, where performance management and training were key responsibilities, and Consultant-Process Development Scientist at Sandoz, focusing on product transfers under FDA remediation. With a strong foundation in process design and engineering, Raj Kumar has also contributed to vaccine development at Sanofi Pasteur and led technical services at Wyeth (Pfizer).
