Chantelé Shaw

Chantelé Shaw has over fifteen years of experience in administrative support and project management. Chantelé began their career as an office manager for Youth Uprising, a youth development organization in Oakland, California. In this role, they were responsible for internal operations for a staff of 50 employees, including payroll, benefits administration, and invoice processing. Chantelé also utilized their project management skills to develop administrative and front desk protocols and procedures manuals for new employees and members.

In January 2008, Chantelé joined Kaiser Permanente as a Sr. Operations Specialist. In this role, they provided administrative and project support to the Area Compliance Officer, Compliance Program Manager, and Compliance Consultant. Chantelé also managed agenda planning and project coordination for the Diablo Service Area Executive Compliance Committee. Additionally, they supported ongoing investigations, pharmacy assessments, and TracWeb / CaseTrack system data entry.

In June 2017, Chantelé left Kaiser Permanente to join Rhodium Group as their Associate Director. In this role, they are responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and COO, as well as managing Rhodium’s office operations.

Chantelé Shaw's educational career began with a high school diploma from Pinole Valley High School. Chantelé then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Western Governors University, with a focus on CompTIA Project Management Certification. After completing their BBA, they obtained a certification from CompTIA in Certified Project Manager (CompTIA Project +). Chantelé Shaw then attended Harvard Business School Online, where they completed a management essentials course. Chantelé is currently pursuing a PMI's Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Academy.

Their manager is Jennifer Baird, Partner, People & Business Operations. Chantelé Shaw works with Charlie Vest - Associate Director, Allen Feng - Associate Director, and Kelly McCusker - Associate Director.
