Matthew Mingey

Matthew Mingey is an Associate Director at Rhodium Group. Prior to joining Rhodium Group, they worked as an STT Staff in the Governance Global Practice at The World Bank. Matthew also interned at Logistics Plus Inc. as an International Operations & Compliance Intern. Matthew has also worked as an Instructor at ARCH Education and as a Lippincott Library Assistant at The Wharton School. Matthew has also served as a Political Risk Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania.

Matthew Mingey has a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
