Mark Nelson

Mark Nelson is currently the Procurement Manager at Rhokett, where they lead procurement strategy with a focus on ethical sourcing and supply. They have held various roles in the past, including Buyer and Lead Buyer Ingredients at Bute Island Foods Ltd, as well as owning and operating Mix It Up Foods, an award-winning plant-based street food business. Mark has also worked as a Senior Reservations Agent at Holiday Inn Edinburgh and as a Sales Associate at Marks and Spencer. Furthermore, they are pursuing a Level 4 Practitioner degree in Procurement and Supply at the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
