Gilbert Tang has been working in the software engineering industry since 2017. Gilbert began their career at Syntel as a Software Engineer. In 2018, they joined Net-Makers Limited as a Software Engineer, where they developed a web-based word recognition game for Chinese University of Hong Kong's academic research. In 2022, they moved to Rhombus Power Inc. as a Full Stack Developer.
Gilbert Tang received a Master of Science in Computer Science (Computational Perception & Robotics) from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Visual Computing) from UC Irvine in 2016, and an Associate's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Foothill College in 2014.
