Kaitlin Fullecido

Kaitlin Fullecido has a wealth of work experience dating back to 2009. Kaitlin began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Community 1st Bank, followed by a Program Assistant, Outreach Services position at TRIO, Upward Bound Program in 2012. In 2009, they worked as an Office Administrative Assistant at Robert Half and then moved to an Inventory Logistics & QA Coordinator role at Media Brand Project in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Service Team Lead at London’s Ultimate Catering and a Client Partner at Jaime Johnson Events. Kaitlin then moved to a Procurement Coordinator role at Ronald McDonald House Charities and an Operations Coordinator role at Destinations by Design, Inc. in 2019. Most recently, in 2020, they began their current role as a Junior Operations Manager at Madrivo, where they serve as a business operations project manager on client-facing issues, analyzes and improves organizational processes and workflow, manages relationships with key organization vendors and clients, and promotes a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. In 2022, they began their current role as an Event Marketing Specialist at Rhombus, where they help connect people and enterprises with cloud base physical security.

Kaitlin Fullecido obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from Sonoma State University between 2009 and 2014.
