Nile Mittow has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2009. In 2009, they worked as a Dispatcher & IT for Davis Airporter. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Intel Corporation as a Technology Evangelist in the Intel Software Innovator Program, where they developed and ran developer training programs on Intel IoT platforms. In 2015, they were a Technical Fabricator for the Portal Sacramento Art Installation, where they designed, installed, and maintained LED lighting and interactivity. In 2017, they were the Technical Lead for the Beacon Sacramento Art Installation, where they designed, implemented, and managed the technical concerns for a large projection art installation. From 2018 to present, they have been a Freelance Embedded Developer & Prototype Consultant. Currently, they are a Jr. Firmware Engineer at Rhombus.

Nile Mittow completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of California, Davis in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science in Mathematics, General Science, Physical Science, Computer Programming: C++, and Computer Science from American River College in 2014.
