Alison Smith PGDip MCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, focusing on enhancing organizational resilience and employee wellbeing. Currently serving as Project Lead for Staying Well @ Work at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council since March 2019, Alison has a proven track record of successful project coordination, budget management, and team leadership.
