Daniel Williams is an experienced leader in educational and community services, currently serving as the Head of Attendance and Wellbeing at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council since April 2013. In this role, Daniel focuses on enhancing school attendance and promoting pupil wellbeing, pivotal for student attainment. Prior experience includes coordinating European Social Fund programmes that assist individuals with additional needs in accessing training and improving employment prospects, and working as a Communities First Lead Worker to support health and education in deprived areas.
