Brant Hubbard

Brant Hubbard has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Brant started their career as an Account Executive at Microrim in 1994 and later became the Director of North American Channel Sales at Merant in 1996. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the General Manager at Centennial Software, where they were responsible for sales, customer satisfaction, marketing, professional services, and support.

Afterward, they worked as the Director of SAP at Redwood Software from 2006 to 2010, focusing on business automation and financial solutions for SAP and Oracle. Brant then joined Information Builders, where they served as a S.A.M. and contributed to the development of business analytics, intelligence, and integration solutions until 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, Brant served as a SAE (Rainmaker & Customer Advocate) at Splunk, which is a leading platform for operational intelligence. During this time, they played a crucial role in leveraging machine data to provide valuable insights and improve productivity, profitability, security, and competitiveness for companies.

In 2018, Brant founded and became the CEO of RHONDOS, the Exclusive Master Distributor of SAP PowerConnect for Splunk. RHONDOS aims to modernize IT and security operations through Splunk Professional Services, Proprietary Intellectual Property, and Machine Learning to reduce organizational risk and enhance human efficiency.

Currently, Brant is an OVF Venture Partner Investor at Oregon Venture Fund and has been a Vistage member since 2018. As a Vistage member, they are dedicated to elevating their company and community by making better decisions and achieving improved results with the help of CEO peer advisory and executive coaching offered by Vistage Worldwide, Inc.

Brant Hubbard attended Linfield University from 1989 to 1993 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In 1992, they also studied Economics at The Nottingham Trent University. In addition to their formal education, Brant obtained a certification in Splunk from Splunk in June 2015.
