Aaron Carter

Aaron Carter has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Aaron started their career as a Sales Team Lead at INDOCHINO in 2019, where they supervised a team of 7 sales associates and consistently achieved top sales in the region and company. During the pandemic, they took on the role of Assistant Store Manager, implementing an appointment-only strategy that resulted in positive sales comparisons to the previous year.

In 2021, Aaron worked at Mia Becar as a Keyholder and at Bonobos as a Lead Guide. At Bonobos, they focused on e-commerce sales and implemented a guest service approach that led to higher customer satisfaction and increased sales.
