Mark Roszak

Mark Roszak is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the General Counsel for io.net since February 2024. As the Founder and Attorney at 1121 Law PLLC since January 2020, Mark also advises multiple organizations including Syndicate Protocol, Goldfinch, Jet Protocol, Tokr Labs, Ensuro, and MAJR. Mark's prior experience includes a role as Regulatory and Compliance Counsel for Fintech & Blockchain at Atrium from 2018 to 2020 and an associate position at K&L Gates between 2015 and 2017. Mark holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University.
