Ramona Kruce

Ramona Kruce is a distinguished Senior Project Manager at Rho since January 2022, following an extensive tenure at CRO Dokumeds from 2010 to 2021, where Ramona advanced from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager. Kruce coordinated clinical trials focusing on MDR Tuberculosis and Breast Cancer and managed key processes including EC and RA submissions and study site selections. Previously, at GlaxoSmithKline Latvia, Ramona oversaw clinical trials and facilitated Investigator meetings. With a solid foundation in analytical methods from their early work as a Chemist at the National Medicine Service - Laboratory, Ramona Kruce holds a Doctor of Biology in Microbiology and a chemistry degree with honors from the University of Latvia, contributing over four decades of experience in clinical research and biotechnology.
