Alaina Smith

Alaina Smith is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at RHP Properties since November 2019. Previously, Alaina held various roles at Target from June 2015 to November 2019, including Executive Team Leader Human Resources, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition strategies and mentoring team members. Earlier positions at Target involved recruitment and coaching for non-exempt roles, as well as serving as a liaison for campus recruitment initiatives.
