Jason Welch

Jason Welch is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Accounting Manager at RHP Properties since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Controller at Sci Floor Covering from May 2018 to March 2021 and at Rock Companies LLC from March 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing accounting operations. Jason began the accounting career at Village Green as a Staff Accountant from October 2010 to March 2015 and has gained significant experience managing accounting functions for a portfolio of over 15 apartment communities. Academically, Jason earned a Master of Accounting and Financial Management (MAFM) and an MBA in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Arts (BAA) in Accounting from DeVry University.
