Stan Lawrence

Stan Lawrence is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in facilities and construction management across various roles. Currently serving as a Construction Superintendent at RHP Properties since July 2019, Stan previously held positions as Principal CEO at Stanley J Lawrence Inc., Facilities, Maintenance & EHS Manager at D-J Engineering Group Inc., and Owner General Contractor at Stanley J.Lawrence Co. Notably, Stan managed capital improvements for 44 communities at Affordable Residential Communities, overseeing a budget of $7 million. Early career experiences include project management roles at Crestview Custom Homes LLC and ProHome International, as well as a production management position at Boeing. Stan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University between 1965 and 1970.
