Fred Boelter is a risk scientist and engineer who currently works at RHP Risk Management. Fred has over 35 years of experience in the field of risk management, and has worked at various companies such as Ramboll Environ, Stat Analysis Corporation, Boelter Associates, Inc., and Carnow, Conibear & Associates, Ltd. Boelter has a wealth of experience in environmental and health issues, and has been responsible for designing and implementing engineering and administrative changes at various companies. Fred is also experienced in conducting investigations and research, and has advised in HSE management. In their current position, Boelter is responsible for overall support of RHP Risk Management’s domestic and international offices regarding exposure reconstruction.

Fred Boelter attended Purdue University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering. Fred is certified by the State of Idaho as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists as a Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE). Fred is also certified by the Illinois Department of Public Health in AHERA (Asbestos) Accreditation BI/MP, and by the State of Illinois as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). In addition, they are certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) as a Certified in Comprehensive Practice of Industrial Hygiene.
