Neha Kotak

Neha Kotak is an associate with RHR International’s Executive Bench® team. She specializes in assessment and coaching work with senior executives across global businesses, helping leaders gain increased self-insight and develop stronger leadership capabilities in order to drive organizational outcomes.

Neha has sharpened her skills through years of international consulting around succession planning, team alignment, one-on-one coaching, and executive development. She has coached a broad range of executives, including leaders at the United Nations, and cross-pollinates her experiences from both the private and public sectors to share deeper and more diverse insights. She enjoys the challenge of fast-paced projects as well as making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she works with.

Knowing that every leader has something unique to offer, Neha approaches each engagement with compassion and looks for ways to stretch each individual’s potential to bring out their best. Her process includes gaining a deeper understanding of the client’s business and culture, building meaningful relationships grounded in trust, and facilitating change through constructive conversations and personal accountability. Unexpectedly widowed in 2021, she is also conversant with loss, grief, and the process of rebuilding and is able to bring that understanding to those facing difficult life challenges.

Neha holds a PhD in psychology and an MBA from Nagbur University and was previously on the faculty at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune. A native of India, she has been a resident of Canada for more than two decades.
