Prior to RHR, Shelley held the position of Administration Manager at Office Saint, providing administrative and marketing services for the KBB industry from October 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, from July 2005 to October 2019, Shelley was a Director at both KBB Recruitment.co.uk and KBB Recruitment, focusing on recruitment for the Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, and Home Interiors industries. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Iron Mountain from November 2000 to January 2004. Shelley earned a degree in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich.
